• SIMBA IDD exclusion list as follow:
  • *Australia satellite services with prefix 6114
  • *Canada fixed & mobile services with prefix 1867
  • *Ireland special services with prefixes 353818 and 35376
  • *Israel fixed and mobile services to Palestine Region with prefix 97256, 97259, 97222, 97242, 97282, 97292
  • **Myanmar fixed services with prefix 951, 952, 954, 955, 956, 957, 958
  • *Norway special services with prefixes 470, 471881, 471882, 47810, 47811, 47812, 47813, 47814, 47815, 4785 and 47880
  • *Philippines fixed services with prefix 632

• SIMBA may update the list of selected countries and exclusions from time to time.
• Excess IDD minutes charges will be charged at the prevailing IDD rates for these countries. For details, visit www.simba.sg/IDD.
• Recharge your SIMBA Mobile wallet for excess usages. Recharge can be done in advance via the following payment options:
  • Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card), PayNow, GrabPay, GooglePay via SIMBA Online Recharge
