General Terms & Conditions

• SIMBA Telecom Pte. Ltd. ("SIMBA") is the organiser of this Promotion – Sunday Deals Campaign (the "Promotion").
• This Promotion commences on 21 June 2026 00:00 hours, and concludes on 30 August 2026 23:59 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"). This Promotion shall operate exclusively at the Sunday Deals Event at Lucky Plaza ("Promotion Location"). Any transactions done on the SIMBA Website, SIMBA App or any other channels not aforementioned are not eligible for this promotion.
• These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern this Promotion.
• By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these T&Cs and that you agree to be bound by them. Any breach of these T&Cs will result in the disqualification of your participation and the forfeiture of any prize that you may have been awarded.
• All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
• Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event.
• Promotions, discounts, free credits, and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
• SIMBA reserves the right to vary, amend, substitute, or withdraw any promotion, including to shorten or lengthen the Promotion Period, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Promotional deals, gifts, and prices are valid while stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise specified.
• SIMBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without liability, including in the case of suspected abuse or violation by any customer, at SIMBA's own discretion.
• This Promotion is open to everyone in Singapore. However, employees of SIMBA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
• To qualify, each participant must have a valid and active SIM card with SIMBA.
• SIMBA may at any time and in its absolute discretion decide on or vary the eligibility requirements for participation in this Promotion.
• No third-party entries and/or bulk entries are eligible for participation. SIMBA reserves the right to disqualify any actual or suspected third-party entries and/or bulk entries.
• SIMBA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry. Any prizes that are won by a participant may be withheld until and unless SIMBA is satisfied with the verification.
• For promotions involving crediting of bonus SIMBA credits, SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately, and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.

New Mobile Plan Registration and Port-in Promotion

• This promotion shall be valid for the Promotion Period, and can only be redeemed at the Sunday Deals Event held at the Promotion Location.
• New Subscribers who:
  • Register for a new SIMBA Mobile Plan with a new SIMBA mobile number will receive one free 30-day renewal cycle; and
  • Register for a new SIMBA Mobile Plan by porting in their non-SIMBA mobile number will receive two free 30-day renewal cycles.
  The free 30-day renewal cycle(s) shall only commence after the new subscriber's first billing cycle concludes.
• For the port-in promotion, the port-in request must be submitted to the new subscriber's current mobile plan provider within the Promotion Period, and the port-in to SIMBA must be completed within 7 days from the date of submission of the port-in request.
• This promotion is applicable for all SIMBA postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, except for Business plans.
• SIMBA's Standard Terms and Conditions (www.simba.sg/terms) shall continue to apply. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Recharge Promotion

• This promotion shall be valid for the Promotion Period, and can only be redeemed at the Sunday Deals Event held at the Promotion Location.
• SIMBA subscribers who recharge $60 into their SIMBA wallet at the Promotion Location will receive a pair of free Skechers shoes. The model of the pair of free Skechers shoes will be at the discretion of SIMBA and/or Skechers, and cannot be altered without Skechers' express approval or consent.
• Collection of the Skechers shoes shall be at the Promotion Location, and immediate collection shall be strictly on a while-stocks-last basis. Alternatively, SIMBA subscribers may elect to obtain a redemption letter issued by SIMBA for the free pair of Skechers shoes, the presentation of which at participating Skechers outlet(s) shall entitle the presenter to a pair of free Skechers shoes.
• Items and/or the redemption letter cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Samsung Galaxy Great Deals Promotion

• This promotion shall be valid for the Promotion Period, and can only be redeemed at the Sunday Deals Event held at the Promotion Location.
• Customers who purchase selected Samsung devices at the SUNDAY DEALS Event will receive free SIMBA credits. The amount of free SIMBA credits shall vary with the type of Samsung device purchased, as listed.
• Samsung accessories are not valid for this promotion.
• Customers must provide a valid and active SIMBA number to receive the credits, which will be credited within 7 days of purchase.
• SIMBA will strictly not be responsible for the customer's purchase of the Samsung mobile phone, and the customer will be required to visit a Samsung Service Centre for product support.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

SUNDAY DEALS Promotion – Lucky Draw

A. Lucky Draw Eligibility

• The lucky draw period shall be from 21 June 2026 to 30 August 2026 ("Lucky Draw Period").
• To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must:
  • Be at least 16 years old at the start of the Lucky Draw Period; and
  • Have a valid and active SIM card or an active broadband subscription with SIMBA during:
    • The start of the Lucky Draw Period;
    • The end of the Lucky Draw Period;
    • At the time when the prize winners are drawn;
    • At the time when the prize is collected by the winner.
• 3 winners will be chosen randomly at the end of each day. For the avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries and awards shall be determined at SIMBA's sole discretion, which shall be final and conclusive.
• The drawing of the winners will be done at Lucky Plaza every Sunday, 12:00 hours during the Lucky Draw Period.
• Undrawn lucky draw entries during the Lucky Draw Period shall continue to be valid until the conclusion of Lucky Draw, whichever applicable, where such applicability shall be demarcated by the period in which the lucky draw entry was entered.
• All winners of the Lucky Draw will be contacted by SIMBA via phone call and/or SMS, and the winner must provide identification verification details as required by SIMBA in its absolute discretion for its review before awarding the prize.
• Participant(s) are not allowed to have multiple entries into the Lucky Draw.
• In the event any winner is not contactable within 1 week, SIMBA may redraw for another winner or donate the unclaimed prize(s) as stated below, at SIMBA's absolute discretion.

B. Lucky Draw Prizes

• From 21 June 2026 to 19 July 2026, there will be a total of twenty-four (24) winners for the following Prizes ("Prizes") with a total value of $3,716:
  • 2 x Samsung Galaxy A57 (worth $698)
  • 4 x Samsung Galaxy A17 (worth $238)
  • 6 x Samsung Galaxy A07 (worth $168)
  • 12 x hampers (worth $30)
• From 19 July 2026 to 30 August 2026, there will be a total of twelve (12) winners for the following Prizes ("Prizes") with a total value of $2,206:
  • 1 x Samsung Galaxy A57 (worth $698)
  • 2 x Samsung Galaxy A17 (worth $238)
  • 3 x Samsung Galaxy A07 (worth $168)
  • 6 x Samsung Galaxy Fit3 (worth $88)
• SIMBA reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or to donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organisation as solely determined by SIMBA.
• The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
• If there are circumstances that are beyond SIMBA's control which result in the unavailability or unfeasibility of any Prize, SIMBA reserves the right to replace that Prize with any other item of similar value without prior notice and liability.

C. Collection

• Upon the verification of each winner's identity, SIMBA will send an SMS to the number that was written on the lucky draw slip.
• Prize collection will be at Lucky Plaza. Winners must bring along their lucky draw slip for verification. A winner may authorise a representative to collect on his/her behalf and the representative must provide their full details before collection. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered to winners.
• If a Winner fails to collect the Prize within one (1) week upon verification of winner's identity, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. No further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, SIMBA management shall be entitled to select another winner.
• In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, the winner of the Prize shall be liable for the payment of such tax.

D. Personal Data

• SIMBA will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, contact number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness.
• Furthermore, the Participants consent to and authorise SIMBA and its partners to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials, at their sole discretion, without notice and without any further compensation to the participant or Winner (where not prohibited by law).
• By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to SIMBA's and SIMBA's partners' collection, use and disclosure of participants' personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above, subject to SIMBA's Data Protection Notice and Standard Terms and Conditions.

E. Others

• SIMBA's decisions on the Lucky Draw and/or its winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute over an individual's entitlement to participate in the lucky draw or a participant's entitlement to the Prizes, SIMBA shall have the absolute discretion to review and award the Prizes.
• SIMBA makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prizes and shall not be responsible to any Winner or any person for the Prizes, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prizes and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes. Any issue faced with the Prizes shall be resolved directly with the merchant, provider or supplier of the Prizes.
• SIMBA shall not be liable to any Winner or any person for damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner or any person arising out of or in connection with the redemption and use of any Prize.
• To the extent permissible by law, customers who participate in the Lucky Draw or any of the Promotions ("Participants") (including their heirs, parents, legal guardians, executor, and/or administrators) shall hold harmless and indemnify SIMBA and the SIMBA's agents against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, injury, actions, proceedings, expenses and costs which may result in relation to the Lucky Draw or the Prizes.
• All intellectual property contained in any of the materials related or used in connection with this lucky draw including the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. SIMBA and its affiliates and its contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by such owners and their relevant affiliates. By participating in this lucky draw, you grant SIMBA a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate your entry.
• SIMBA reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this lucky draw, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and liability. Participation in this lucky draw and continued use of SIMBA products and services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Where a dispute arises from the lucky draw or this T&C, both SIMBA and the participant will use all reasonable endeavours to amicably resolve any disputes within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this lucky draw or this T&C.
