Number reservation is on a first-come-first-serve basis and upon successful reservation.
Lucky mobile numbers may not be resold, assigned or transferred to any third party, except with SIMBA’s prior approval in writing, which shall be subject to SIMBA’s sole discretion.
SIMBA may change or withdraw the Lucky mobile number without prior notice to the customer, without being liable to the customer on any basis whatsoever, if such change or withdrawal is required by IMDA or relevant regulatory authority or any changes to SIMBA’s telecommunications network.
These Lucky Number Reservation Terms & Conditions are subject to SIMBA’s General Terms and Conditions available at simba.sg. SIMBA reserves the right to vary these Lucky Number Reservation Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The obligation is on the customers to refer to these Lucky Number Reservation Terms and Conditions, and continued subscription to SIMBA’s mobile plan shall be deemed as acceptance of such variation from time to time.
