Grand Opening Campaign – Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions:

  • SIMBA Telecom Pte. Ltd. ("SIMBA") is the organiser of this Promotion – SIMBA Grand Opening Campaign (the "Promotion").
  • This Promotion shall operate during 1 October 2026 11:00 hours to 4 October 2026 20:00 hours, GMT+8, at Bukit Batok Service Centre (634 Bukit Batok Central #01-112 (Unit A), S650634) and Plantation Plaza Service Centre (127 Plantation Crescent, #B1-03, Plantation Plaza, S690127). Transactions done on the SIMBA Website (simba.sg), SIMBA App or any other unauthorised channels are not eligible for this promotion.
  • By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these T&Cs and that you agree to be bound by them. Any breach of these T&Cs will result in the disqualification of your participation and the forfeiture of any prize that you may have been awarded.
  • All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific promotion.
  • Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event, first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
  • SIMBA reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion, including to shorten or lengthen the Promotion Period, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • No third-party entries and/or bulk entries are eligible for participation. SIMBA reserves the right to disqualify any actual or suspected third-party entries and/or bulk entries.
  • SIMBA may at any time and in its absolute discretion decide on or vary the eligibility requirements for participation in this Promotion.
  • SIMBA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each promotion participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry. Any prizes that are won by a participant may be withheld until and unless SIMBA is satisfied with the verification.
  • Bonus SIMBA credits pursuant to a promotion can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA mobile number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA mobile number, such credit will be forfeited immediately, and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.
  • Any free renewal cycle(s) that are provided pursuant to a promotion shall only commence after the new subscriber's first billing cycle concludes.

New SIM and Port-in Promotion

  • This Promotion shall begin from 1 October 2026 11:00 hours to 4 October 2026 21:00 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"), exclusively at locations stated in General Terms & Conditions.
  • New Subscribers who register for:
    • Seniors plan or SuperRoam10 by porting in their non-SIMBA mobile number will receive a $16 Recharge Pack and ONE chance in the Grand opening lucky draw.
    • SuperRoam12, SuperRoam12 (90), SuperRoam 15, SuperRoam 15 (90), SuperRoam 18, SuperRoam 20, SuperRoam 25
      • with a new SIMBA mobile number will receive a $16 Recharge Pack and ONE chance in the Grand opening lucky draw; and
      • by porting in their non-SIMBA mobile number will receive a $16 Recharge Pack and ONE chance in the Grand opening lucky draw., and one free 30-day renewal cycle. The free 30-day renewal cycle(s) shall only commence after the new subscriber's first billing cycle concludes.
  • Subscribers who register for a new SIM at SIMBA Grand Opening Roadshows stated in General will receive ONE Goodie bag (while stocks last) and ONE Lucky Draw chance.
  • For the port-in promotion, the request must be submitted within the Promotional Period, and the port in to SIMBA is completed within 7 days from date of submission of the port in request to the new subscriber's current mobile plan provider.
  • This promotion is applicable for all SIMBA postpaid and prepaid mobile plans, except for Business plans.
  • SIMBA's Standard Terms and Conditions (www.simba.sg/terms) shall continue to apply. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

$80 Recharge Promotion

  • This Promotion shall begin from 1 October 2026 11:00 hours to 4 October 2026 21:00 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"), exclusively at locations stated in General Terms & Conditions.
  • SIMBA subscribers who recharge $80 into their SIMBA wallet will receive a free Skechers shoes, while stocks last. The model of the free Skechers shoes will be at the discretion of SIMBA and/or Skechers, and cannot be altered without Skechers' express approval or consent.
  • Collection of the Skechers shoes shall be at the Participating Roadshow Location, and immediate collection shall be strictly on a while-stocks-last basis. Alternatively, SIMBA subscribers may elect to obtain a redemption letter issued by SIMBA for the free pair of Skechers shoes, the presentation of which at participating Skechers outlet(s) shall entitle the presenter to a pair of free Skechers shoes.
  • Items and/or the redemption letter cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

SIMBA Broadband - New Sign-up Promotion

  • This Promotion shall begin from 1 October 2026 11:00 hours to 4 October 2026 21:00 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"), exclusively at locations stated in General Terms & Conditions.
  • Subscribers who sign up for a new 2-year Premium Huawei WiFi Mesh System plan can redeem an additional Huawei OptiXstar WiFi 7 2.5G Router without extra charge, or choose to upgrade the Huawei OptiXstar WiFi 7 2.5G Router to a Huawei OptiXstar WiFi 7 10G Router with an additional payment of $300.00 (inclusive of GST).
  • Subscribers who register for a new SIMBA Broadband at SIMBA Grand Opening Roadshows stated in General will receive ONE Goodie bag (while stocks last) and ONE Lucky Draw chance.
  • This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
  • This promotional discount is applicable on a "per sign-up" basis and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

For Samsung Galaxy Great Deals Promotion

  • This Promotion shall begin from 1 October 2026 11:00 hours to 4 October 2026 21:00 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"), exclusively at locations stated in General Terms & Conditions.
  • Customers who purchase selected Samsung devices during the SIMBA Grand Opening Campaign will receive free SIMBA credits and $16 Recharge Pack. The amount of free SIMBA credits and $16 Recharge Pack shall vary with the type of Samsung device purchased, as listed.
  • Customers must provide a valid and active SIMBA mobile number to receive the credits and $16 recharge pack, which will be credited by 11 October 2026.
  • The Customer agrees to release SIMBA from all responsibility and/or liability with regard to the customer's purchase of the Samsung product(s), and the Customer will be required to visit a Samsung Service Centre for product support.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

SIMBA Service Centre Grand Opening Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”)

  • The period for entering the Lucky Draw shall be from 1 October 2026 11:00 to 4 October 2026 20:00 (“Lucky Draw Period”).
  • Participating Outlets for Lucky Draw:
    • 634 Bukit Batok Central #01-112 (Unit A)
    • 127 Plantation Crescent, #B1-03, Plantation Plaza
  • Lucky Draw Mechanics
    • The following transaction(s) during the Promotion Period(s), will entitle a subscriber to receive one (1) Lucky Draw chance:
      • Register for a new SIMBA mobile plan except Business plan and Data-only plan (new registration or port-in) where the activation of the mobile plan is completed by 11 October 2026;
      • Sign up for a new SIMBA 10Gbps Broadband Plan.
  • Lucky Draw Eligibility
    • To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must:
      • Be at least 16 years old at the start of the Lucky Draw Period; and
      • Have a valid and active mobile or fibre broadband subscription with SIMBA during:
      • The start of the Lucky Draw (1 October 2026);
      • The end of the Lucky Draw (4 October 2026);
      • The drawing of the prize winners;
      • The collection of the prize.
    • 25 winners will be chosen randomly for the lucky draw. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries and awards are determined in SIMBA's sole decision, which shall be final and conclusive.
    • Participants who complete a qualifying transaction at the Bukit Batok Service Centre will be eligible for the Lucky Draw conducted at Bukit Batok Service Centre. Participants who complete a qualifying transaction at Plantation Plaza will be eligible for the Lucky Draw conducted at Plantation Plaza.
    • Participants will be required to provide a contact number, which SIMBA staff will record on the transaction receipt. The receipt will then be placed into the Lucky Draw box at the respective participating location.
    • The drawing of the winners will be done at the respective Service Centres (Bukit Batok & Plantation Plaza) on 4 October 2026, 20:30 hours ("Lucky Draw Period").
    • All winners of the Lucky Draw will be contacted by SIMBA through SMS, and the winner must provide identification verification details as required by SIMBA in its absolute discretion for its review before awarding the prize.
    • Participant(s) are not allowed to have multiple entries into the Lucky Draw unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
    • In the event any winner is not contactable within 2 weeks, SIMBA may redraw for another winner or donate the unclaimed prize(s) as stated below, at SIMBA's absolute discretion.
  • Lucky Draw
    • There will be a total of twenty (25) winners for the following Prizes ("Prizes") with a total value of $1,940:
      • Bukit Batok Service Centre Draw
      • 3 X Samsung Buds3 Pro (worth $200 each)
      • 5 X $50 Shopping Voucher (Worth $50.00 each)
      • 2 X A pair of movie tickets (Worth $25.00 Per Pair)
      • 5 X Foldable Chair (Worth $39.00 each)
      • Plantation Plaza Service Centre Draw
      • 3 X Samsung Buds3 Pro (worth $200 each)
      • 2 X A pair of movie tickets (Worth $25.00 Per Pair)

    • SIMBA reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or to donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by SIMBA.
    • The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
    • If there are circumstances that are beyond SIMBA's control which result in the unavailability or unfeasibility of any Prize, SIMBA reserves the right to replace that Prize with any other item of similar value without prior notice and liability.
  • Collection
    • Upon the verification of each winner's identity, SIMBA will send an SMS to the number written on the receipt.
    • Prizes won at the Bukit Batok Service Centre Lucky Draw shall be collected at the Bukit Batok Service Centre, while prizes won at the Plantation Plaza Lucky Draw shall be collected at Plantation Plaza.
    • Winners must bring along their NRIC, Passport, or any other identification document for verification. A winner may authorise a representative to collect on his/her behalf and the representative must provide their full details before collection. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered to winners.
    • If a Winner fails to collect the Prize within one (1) month upon verification of winner's identity, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. No further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, SIMBA management shall be entitled to select another winner.
    • In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, the winner of the Prize shall be liable for the payment of such tax.
