SIMBA Rewards Passport Campaign ("Campaign")

• The SIMBA Rewards Passport Campaign ("Campaign") shall begin on 8 August 2026, 11:00 hours and end on 31 August 2026, 23:59 hours (GMT+8) ("Campaign Period").
• By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Simba's Data Protection Notice.
• To qualify for the Exclusive Offers, participants must:
  • Scan the designated QR code;
  • Initiate a WhatsApp conversation with the SIMBA Live Advisor; and
  • Complete all questions as required by the SIMBA Live Advisor during the chat.
• Upon successful completion of the questions, eligible participants will receive a set of Exclusive offers via WhatsApp.
• Each participant is entitled to receive the Exclusive Rewards once only during the Campaign Period. SIMBA reserves the right to reject duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid submissions.
• All rewards, promo codes and offers are available while stocks, allocations and promotional quotas last.
• Promo codes are subject to their respective validity periods and the terms and conditions of the participating merchants. SIMBA shall not be responsible for the redemption, fulfilment, quality, availability or any disputes relating to products, services or offers provided by participating merchants.
• Rewards, promo codes and offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.
• SIMBA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion, substitute any reward, or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

General Terms & Conditions:

• SIMBA Telecom Pte. Ltd. ("SIMBA") is the organiser of this Promotion – SIMBA Sengkang & Punggol Exclusive 2026 Campaign (the "Promotion").
• By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these T&Cs and that you agree to be bound by them. Any breach of these T&Cs will result in the disqualification of your participation and the forfeiture of any prize that you may have been awarded.
• All promotions are valid only within the promotional period as stated for each specific offer.
• Free gifts, promotional discounts, and other promotional items are available for a limited time only as specified during the event, first-come-first-served, while stocks last and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise stated.
• SIMBA reserves the right to vary, amend substitute, or withdraw any promotion, including to shorten or lengthen the Promotion Period, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• No third-party entries and/or bulk entries are eligible for participation. SIMBA reserves the right to disqualify any actual or suspected third-party entries and/or bulk entries.
• SIMBA may at any time and in its absolute discretion decide on or vary the eligibility requirements for participation in this Promotion.
• SIMBA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry. Any prizes that are won by a participant may be withheld until and unless SIMBA is satisfied with the verification.
• For promotions involving crediting of bonus SIMBA credits, SIMBA credits can only be credited into a SIMBA wallet of a SIMBA phone number with an active subscription. If the credit is made to a SIMBA wallet of an inactive SIMBA phone number, such credit will be forfeited immediately, and the customer agrees to the forfeiture without recourse.

SIMBA Broadband - $0.99 New Sign-up Promotion

• This Promotion shall begin from 29 June 11:00 hours to 31 August 2026 23:59 hours, GMT+8 ("Promotion Period"), exclusively at simba.sg/broadband or participating outlets.
• This promotion is applicable to new registrations to service addresses with postal code prefixes starting with: 54, 79, 80, 82.
• Subscribers who sign up for a new 1-year or 2-year SIMBA 10Gbps Broadband plan within the promotional period will enjoy a $29 discount on their first 30-day subscription. They will be charged $29.99 per 30-day billing cycle for the subsequent billing cycles.
• This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• This promotional discount is applicable on a "per sign-up" basis and is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

SIMBA Rewards Passport Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw")

• The Lucky Draw shall be from 18 August 2026 to 1 September 2026 ("Lucky Draw Period").
• Lucky Draw Eligibility
  • To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must:
    • Be at least 16 years old at the start of the Lucky Draw Period; and
    • Complete the Online Lucky Draw Form
  • Eligible subscribers who complete a successful new broadband sign-up from 1 to 31 August 2026, whether online at SIMBA.sg/broadband or at a participating outlet, will receive five (5) additional entries into the associated Lucky Draw. The additional entries will be awarded only upon successful verification of the broadband sign-up and are subject to the terms & conditions of the Lucky Draw.
  • 10 winners will be chosen randomly at each lucky draw. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries and awards are determined in SIMBA's sole decision, which shall be final and conclusive.
  • The drawing of the winners will be done at SIMBA's Office at 1 Kaki Bukit View, #02-10, Techview, Singapore 415941, on 18, 25 August 2026 & 1 September 2026, at 12:00 hours ("Lucky Draw Period").
  • All winners of the Lucky Draw will be contacted by SIMBA through both Phone call and SMS, and the winner must provide identification verification details as required by SIMBA in its absolute discretion for its review before awarding the prize.
  • Participant(s) are not allowed to have multiple entries into the Lucky Draw unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
  • In the event any winner is not contactable within 2 weeks, SIMBA may redraw for another winner or donate the unclaimed prize(s) as stated below, at SIMBA's absolute discretion.

  • SIMBA reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or to donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization as solely determined by SIMBA.
  • The Prizes, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
  • If there are circumstances that are beyond SIMBA's control which result in the unavailability or unfeasibility of any Prize, SIMBA reserves the right to replace that Prize with any other item of similar value without prior notice and liability.
• Collection
  • Upon the verification of each winner's identity, SIMBA will send an SMS to the number that was entered in the online lucky draw form.
  • Prize collection will be at SIMBA's Office at 1 Kaki Bukit View, #02-10, Techview, Singapore 415941. Winners must bring along their SIMBA Rewards Passport for verification. A winner may authorise a representative to collect on his/her behalf and the representative must provide their full details before collection. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered to winners.
  • If a Winner fails to collect the Prize within one (1) month upon verification of winner's identity, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. No further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances. In such an event, SIMBA management shall be entitled to select another winner.
  • In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, the winner of the Prize shall be liable for the payment of such tax.

D. Personal Data

• SIMBA will need to collect and use participants' personal data, as well as disclose their personal data to its partners, to facilitate their participation in this Lucky Draw. Such personal data may include without limitation a participant's name, contact number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as his or her pictures, photographs or likeness.
• Furthermore, the Participants consent and authorise SIMBA and its partners the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any participant or winner in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the participant or Winner for marketing, publicity or promotional activities without any further compensation (where not prohibited by law).
• By participating in this Lucky Draw, participants consent to SIMBA's and SIMBA's partners' collection, use and disclosure of participants' personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above and is subject to SIMBA's Data Protection Notice and Standard Terms and Conditions.

E. Others

• SIMBA's decisions on the Lucky Draw and/or its winners shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, an individual's entitlement to participate in the lucky draw and a participant's entitlement to the Prizes SIMBA shall have the absolute discretion to review and award the Prizes.
• SIMBA makes no warranty, assurances or guarantees as to the Prizes and shall not be responsible to any Winner or any person for the Prizes, including but not limited to the redemption and use of the Prizes and the specifications, defects or non-performance in the Prizes. Any issue faced with the Prizes shall be resolved directly with the merchant, provider or supplier of the Prizes.
• SIMBA shall not be liable to any Winner or any person for damages, losses, costs or expenses, including but not limited to special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings suffered or incurred by any Winner or any person arising out of or in connection with the redemption and use of any Prize.
• To the extent permissible by law, customers who participate in the Lucky Draw, Campaigns, or any of the Promotions ("Participants") (including their heirs, parents, legal guardians, executor, and/or administrators) shall hold harmless and indemnify SIMBA and the SIMBA's agents against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, injury, actions, proceedings, expenses and costs which may result in relation to the Lucky Draw or the Prizes.
• All intellectual property contained in any of the materials related or used in connection with this Lucky Draw including the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. SIMBA and its affiliates and its contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by such owners and their relevant affiliates. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you grant SIMBA a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such your entry.
• SIMBA reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Lucky Draw, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and liability. Participation in this Lucky Draw and continued use of SIMBA products and services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Where a dispute arises from the lucky draw or this T&C, both SIMBA and the participant will use all reasonable endeavors to amicably resolve any disputes within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Lucky Draw or this T&C.

Skechers Promotions

• This Skechers Promotion shall be valid from 29 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.
• This Skechers Promotion can be redeemed exclusively at the following participating Skechers outlets: Waterway Point, Compass One and Punggol Coast Mall.
• Customers who present:
  • a SIMBA door hanger featuring the Skechers promotion are entitled to $10 off their purchase and a complimentary pair of socks (while stocks last) when spending a minimum of $50 in a single transaction;
  • a 20% off Skechers voucher that is issued by SIMBA at SIMBA's discretion and in accordance with SIMBA's applicable terms and conditions are entitled to enjoy 20% off regular-priced items with no minimum spend;
  • a letter of redemption that is issued by SIMBA at selected roadshows are entitled to redeem for a FREE pair of Skechers sneakers with no minimum spend.
• The Skechers Promotion shall apply only to regular-priced items only, exclusions apply.
• The Skechers Promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions.
• Skechers reserves the exclusive right to deviate from these Terms & Conditions that details the terms of use of the Skechers Promotion without prior notice, and the Customer acknowledges that in the event of such deviation, the Customer has no claim or recourse against SIMBA.
• SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Other terms and conditions apply.

For Samsung Deals Promotion

• The promotional period for the Samsung phone promotion is 3 July 2026 to 31 Aug 2026.
• Customers who purchase selected Samsung devices at selected dealers points or roadshows will receive free SIMBA credits. The amount of free SIMBA credits shall vary with the type of Samsung device purchased, as listed.
• Samsung accessories are not valid for this promotion.
• Customers must provide a valid and active SIMBA number to receive the credits at point of purchase the Samsung devices.
• SIMBA will strictly not be responsible for the customer's purchase of the Samsung mobile phone, and the customer will be required to visit a Samsung Service Centre for product support.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. SIMBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
